Constantinus Award 2024: You Work Life Wins 3rd Place in the International Projects Category

On June 13, 2024, the prestigious Constantinus Awards ceremony took place at the Grazer Congress. Since 2003, this award has been presented annually and is considered Austria's most prestigious prize in the fields of management consulting, accounting, and IT. It is organized by the Professional Association for Management Consulting, Accounting and Information Technology (UBIT) and is a leading international award for consulting excellence.

We had the honor of representing You Work Life at this renowned event and pitching our project in just 60 seconds. It was with great joy that we accepted the 3rd prize in the International Projects category. This is a significant milestone for our company and a recognition of the hard work and dedication of our entire team.

Out of 37 nominees, 7 winners were selected in various categories, including Digitalization, Human Resources, Ethics & CSR, International Projects, Management Consulting, Standard Software & Cloud Services, and Business Economics – Finance & Accounting. The nominated and winning projects clearly demonstrate the importance of consulting expertise for the innovative strength of companies and institutions.

UBIT Chairman Alfred Harl emphasized the significance of the award: "The Constantinus Awards spotlight the best flagship projects in management consulting, accounting, and IT worldwide. The special feature is that both consulting firms and client companies are jointly recognized for their innovation and solution competence, giving consulting excellence the stage it deserves."

This year's Honorary President, Barbara Reinisch, acknowledged the achievements of the consultants and highlighted the importance of professional collaboration between companies and consultants. Host Dominic Neumann, Chairman of UBIT Styria, emphasized the award's importance for the region: "The Constantinus Award, with its nominees and winning projects, showcases the opportunities within the consulting industry and serves as an international flagship."

Jury Chair Marietta Babos particularly emphasized the sustainable solutions of the submitted projects: "Ethical values and Corporate Social Responsibility must not merely be labels for a company’s actions; they must be brought to life daily, especially in the current global polycrisis."
